Eure Mitbewohner sind Marlen, ein ganz liebes deutsches Mädchen im FSJ (freiwilligen sozialen Jahr) und Javier, ein sehr lieber und kommunikativer Lehrer aus Spanien. Linus und Marco sind neu eingezogen und beginnen Studium bzw. einen neuen Job in Berlin. Marek ist ein lieber Medizinstudent im 2. Jahr.

Tolle Lage:
Das Haus befindet sich im historischen Zentrum, der Villengegend von Karow, einem Stadtteil von Pankow, ruhig und trotzdem urban mit guten Verbindungen. 10min zu Fuß bis zum S-Bahnhof Karow (S2 und Regionalbahn RB27) mit einer Direktverbindung ins Stadtzentrum.
Direkt vor dem Haus: Bus 150 und 158 sowie ein Nachtbus, der die Wohnung direkt mit Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding (Seestraße, Osloer Straße) verbindet.
Viele Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe, Lidl) sind 3 bis 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ein DM-Drogeriemarkt ist 10min entfernt. Apotheke und Blumenladen 3 min. Man findet fast alle Läden, Post, Cafés, Restaurants, Imbiss im Einkaufszentrum von Karow, das 5min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Ein Straßenmarkt wird jede Woche organisiert. Naturschutzgebiet (10min zu Fuß).

The very cool cinema-room with a projector in a lovely 6-persons-flatshare is available from now on. You’ll find several comfortable sitting areas in the flower garden, a rotary clothes dryer, a pavilion, and several barbecues that you can use.

High quality, fully furnished, big and quiet duplex apartment (top floor and 1st floor) with 6 separate rooms, a huge eat-in kitchen and two bathrooms.

- Big kitchen: big fridge/freezer, oven+stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to cook (cutlery, plates, pots, pans, etc.)
- Cosy dining area in the kitchen
- big bathroom with shower (rain shower), big double bathtub, WC and window

After having finished works and renovations in the apartment a freshly renovated room will be available.

Your flatmates will be Marlen, a very lovely German girl doing her gap year to do voluntary work in the social sector and Javier, a very nice and communicative teacher from Spain. Linus and Marco have just arrived in Berlin, they'll start studies/a new job in Berlin and Marek is in his second year of studying medicine.

Good location:
The flat is located in the historical center, the villa area of Karow, a district of Pankow, calm but still urban with good connections. A 10 min walk to the S-Bahn (S2 and regional line RB27), with a direct connection to the city center.
In front of the house: Bus 150 and 158 as well as a night bus takes you to Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding (Seestraße, Osloer Straße).
Many supermarkets (Netto, Rewe, Lidl) are a 3 to 5 min walk away. DM (a big drugstore market) is 10min away. Pharmacy and flower shop 3 min. You will find all kinds of shops, post office, snack takeaway, cafés, restaurants in the shopping area that is a 5 min walk away. Street market is organized every week, nature reserve (10min walk).

Everything is included in the rent: heating, electricity, water, Internet etc.
