Hey there! We’re looking for a friendly and easygoing person to join our 3-bedroom, 87 sqm apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. Anmeldung included!
You’ll be sharing the space with me and one other awesome human, Alejandra.
The room is unfurnished—not huge, but it has lovely street views, and in spring and summer, cherry blossoms bloom right outside your window. Super pretty!
The best part? We have a spacious, cozy living room that’s perfect for movie nights (we have an HD laser projector!), a well-equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet + storage room, and a sunny balcony overlooking our community garden—great for lazy summer lunches and coffee breaks.
Our place is in a quiet and safe spot, right in the heart of the vibrant Bötzowkiez. Just a 15-minute walk to Kollwitzkiez, where you’ll find farmers’ markets, cute cafés, bakeries, delicious restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.
Volkspark Friedrichshain is only 5 minutes away—perfect for runs, picnics, or just lounging in the sun.
I’m Nicole, 32, originally from Bulgaria. I work in tech (mostly from home) and am into music, cinema, art, design, philosophy, and psychology. I’m also a big foodie and a bit of a coffee snob 😁. I love being active and trying out new sports or activities.
Ale is 33, from Colombia, and a PhD student. She works partly from home, partly at her institute, and shares my love for cinema, food, coffee, and art.
Our home vibe is friendly, open-minded, and balanced. We’re looking for someone who’s easy to communicate with and just clicks with us. We enjoy hanging out occasionally—maybe cooking together, sharing a movie night—but also respect personal space.
A couple of important things:
🐾 I sometimes pet-sit for my boyfriend so if you move in, you’ll need to be comfortable having dogs around from time to time.
🥦 We’re both (mostly) vegetarian—I am fully, and Ale is about 95% there. So we’d like to keep the kitchen vegetarian-only (meaning no meat cooking).
