Available per August big room 30m2 in a beautiful Altbau WG in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Singles or couple welcome. At times and for long periods you will be living in the flat mostly on your own, next to the workshop space that I use intermittently and which is for you to use as well when i am not there.
The room is available from 6 months to 1 year. Stay is flexible but bound by contract. Or shorter. Please write and explain. Its all flexible :D as this is a travelers’ yogic home.
The flat is centrally located, it is cozy, clean and quiet yet well connected to the rest of Berlin and there are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants in the area. Write me, tell me about you your working or study is schedule, do you do home office? Cleaning habits? What kind of flatmate are you :)
Sbahn, tram almost by the door :D
***( regarding anmeldung: because the corporation owning the flat/building charges a fee for this kind of administrative changes and this fee goes on top of the current rent permanently, thus raising the rent price. :/) I rather not give anmeldung for short stay.
Though it is negotiable depending on the duration of your stay.

Within a couple of minutes and short distance everything goes:
Supermarkets: rewe, biocompany, lidle, penny, netto, aldi.
Restaurants, cinemas, parks, cafes, galleries and we even have two clubs in the vicinity!
Public transport: that is my favourite feature within 2 minutes you are at the tram and sbahn stations which connect you very quickly to the ubahn as well as the railway station.
e.g. by tram Alexanderplatz is 13 minutes away, 15 you are in fhain, 20 kreutzberg, 25 neukohln and to the airport we are also very well connected.
There is a bike available you can borrow :)
