I am going back to my home country for winter. Therefore, renting out my room from 01.12.2024-31.03.2025
My room is 20m² and fully furnished, featuring a spacious double bed, a cozy sofa, a large closet, a big work desk with a 24-inch monitor for working from home, and a Sony LCD TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for Netflix. It also has a lovely street view. I’ll prepare the space for you, though I’ll be keeping a few of my belongings in the room.
Flat:
100m2, ground floor, in 3er WG, one German female flatmate (32), just finished her bachelor degree and one Egyptian male (30+) flatmate who is a soft engineer ( back to Egypt now, and usually not often at home), both are easily going and clean. Not a party house, but friendly with friends visiting!
Rent: 680€, ALL Inclusive, 700€ Deposit
Not allowed to smoke inside the flat. No pet. No Anmeldung
Open for room visiting (in person or online), also can send you that flat video.
Suitable someone come to Berlin for internship or some short-term project, or looking for proper long-term.
