I’m looking for someone to share this charming Altbau flat in the heart of Kollwitzkiez, and I’d love to create a warm and cozy home together. Here's everything you need to know:
The Room
The available room is right next to the kitchen and is approximately 15 m². It’s partially furnished, as I had to buy as part of the agreement, the current tenant’s furniture, so you’d need to purchase:
Bed (including 160cm mattress): 200€
Closet: 60€
However, if you have your own furniture, you’re welcome to bring your own and resell the current items.
The rent is around 950€ warm (exact additional costs (electricity, internet, GEZ, etc.) still to be confirmed).
Move-in is January 1, 2025, and I’m looking for a long-term tenant.
The flat is located in Kollwitzkiez, offering a beautiful view of the iconic Wasserturm, one of Berlin’s landmarks. Kollwitzkiez is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city, known for its charm, vibrant atmosphere, and leafy streets lined with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops.
Transportation is incredibly convenient:
The nearest public transport stop is less than a minute away
It takes just 6 minutes to Alexanderplatz by public transport
Berlin Central Station is only 20 minutes by public transport or 13 minutes by car
This is truly an ideal location for anyone who wants to live in the heart of Berlin with easy access to everything the city has to offer.
This Altbau Wohnung is about 77 m², with two bedrooms of approximately 15 m² each and a spacious living room of around 24 m², perfect for relaxing or hosting friends.
Also, we’ll need to:
Purchase the kitchen from the current tenant: 2,200€ total, so 1,100€ each
Split the cost of the washing machine and dryer: 300€ total, so 150€ each
Anmeldung is possible.
