Hallo everyone! I am offering my beautiful room for the entire month of March. Also late move-in and early move-out is possible.
Our flat is spacious, bright and elegant with wooden floors, rendered high ceiling and minimalist design.
It’s located in the very center of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the coolest and most beautiful districts in Berlin. The famous Oderbergerstrasse as well as Mauerpark are round the corner. The house is ideally connected to public transportation with U-Bahn, Tram and buses being in 1 minute (!) walking distance. Various cafes, restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets, bakeries and other stores are just outside our doorstep.
The room is enormous, fully furnished and pleasantly bright. It has a king-size bed, two wardrobes and a big desk. Four huge windows overlook the beautiful street with neoclassical buildings. Just perfect for an unforgettable early spring experience or for your first steps in Berlin!
Life in our flat is fun, respectful and international. We appreciate each other’s privacy but we will be happy to do something together from time to time. We are looking for someone (ONE PERSON ONLY) who attaches value to cleanliness, tidiness and aesthetics.
Warm monthly rent is 1050 Euro and comprises of 800 Euro cold rent and 250 Euro for electricity, water, heating, internet as well as check-in/out cleaning costs and furniture fees.
