The room is modern and gets a lot of light because of the big window from where you can look inside the portyard. I have a big desk to work on and comfy bed. It’s very cosy with little lights and plants and it’s high ceilings in Berlin Altbau style✨
It’s also well isolated and you barely hear anything from the other rooms or the streets or the neighbors:)
It’s in a very pretty and save neighborhood. Especially as a woman I never felt unsafe coming home, no matter the time. There are so many sweet restaurants and cafes just outside the door and cute little shops.
You are well connected with the M4 Tram that’s just 5 min away wich takes you to Alexanderplatz in 10 min, and there is the M10 wich goes to hbf (central station) in 30 min. There are also a lot of buses.
There is a huge park 5 min walk where you have some nature around with a cute lake, a running track, multiple sport fields, the best sunset spot and two hills.
My Wg is super friendly and open minded, we are all students and one musician, we are 5 people so it’s nice to always have someone to talk to but we really respect each others privacy and boundaries. Everyone is very clean and the Wg is quiet as well in terms of that every considers if someone is sleeping in the morning or at night so it’s a really nice and easy atmosphere here.
We share the kitchen with all cooking utensils and the bathroom. We clean both every week and do the cleaning plan over an app.
It’s always fine to have friends over, we just tell each other before so everyone knows :)
We have a washingmachine and a dishwasher and good working wifi :)
We can do a Videochat to show you around the room and flat and stay in contact over WhatsApp if you have any more questions after moving in. I will be in my holidays for the 5 weeks, that’s why I rent out the flat for that time.
I also have bedsheets and towels that you can use :) and I will make space in my closet for you to store your stuff
