The beautiful apartment is located on the second floor in a typical Berlin-style building from the turn of the 19th century in hip Prenzlauer Berg.

It's brand new and in a perfect location (Prenzlauer Berg). - five-minute walk to the u-Bahn.

The flat is in the beautiful Berlin "Prenzlauer Berg" near the corner Prenzlauer Allee / Eberswalder Str. It is on the 2nd floor and it's very quiet and cozy. Located between the U-Bahn Eberswalder Straße and S-Bhf Prenzlauer Allee. Also, the tram is just around the corner, as well as supermarkets, organic stores, restaurants, bars, fashion stores, and also some nice record shops.

The apartment offers a quiet and cozy room with a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen for your own use. The kitchen is equipped with stove, sink, cup boards, fridge, oven, microwave oven. We also have free WiFi / WLAN, Spotify, Smart Speakers, Smart Lightning.
