Apartment size is ~ 69m² Your new Room is 20 m² with a little balkony. Kitchen unfortunately got no dishwasher but there is a washing machine. The room is a bit furnitured. Just see the pictures. We got a 50 mb Internet flat rate. Water, Gas and Electricity and "Rundfunkgebühren" are included.

Just a heads-up: The bathroom is quite old. The apartment itself is also a bit older, and the condition of the rooms is not at a new-build level but rather a classic old building style. However, everything works, and sometimes it just needs a little extra care.

You would basically have the entire apartment to yourself. Mark travels a lot and is therefore rarely there, usually only one to three days a month. This would also make it possible to use the second room, for example, as a living room or maybe even as a bedroom.

Stev: German dude, who is renting the flat. Visiting you randomly. I´m organizing all the contract and wg-stuff. Living in Bamberg.
