Full furnished room in a friendly and cozy flatshare

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Station „Schönhauser Allee“ ist ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt und bietet Anschluss an die Ringbahn, die U-Bahn nach Mitte/Alexanderplatz. Außerdem fahren zwei Straßenbahnen um die Ecke, so dass man auch Anschluss an zwei weitere Bahnen hat, die durch die Mitte Berlins und in den Süden (Richtung Steglitz) fahren. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man von hier aus super-flexibel.

Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe der Wohnung und ein Einkaufszentrum am Bahnhof.

The flat has a perfect connection to public transport. The station "Schönhauser Allee" is around 5 to 10 minutes away and offers connection to the ringbahn, the subway to Mitte/Alexanderplatz. As well we have two trams driving around the corner, so you can also get easy connections to two other trains driving through the middle of berlin and in the south (direction to steglitz). If you prefer going by bike the flat is a perfect starting point as well.

There are several supermarkets around the flat and a shoping mall at the station.

🏳️‍🌈 Obwohl wir selbst nicht queer sind, unterstützen wir LGBTIQ ebenso wie Geflüchtete, POCs und andere, die von Rassismus und Diskriminierung betroffen sind. Wir wollen unseren Alltag mit Menschen verbringen, die diese Ideen teilen. Wenn du also die aufkommende politische Rechte für eine gute Sache hältst oder LGBTIQ oder BlPoc aufgrund Deiner Religion ablehnst, dann melde dich bitte nicht bei uns.


Unser lieber Mitbewohner Axel zieht in seine eigenen vier Wände. Das verbliebene WG-Duo Eva und Ferdinand besteht seit etwa 6 Jahren und obwohl wir uns mögen, sind wir hauptsächlich eine funktionale WG mit zwei Leuten, die ihr eigenes Leben leben. Von Zeit zu Zeit gehen wir gemeinsam ins Kino, in Pizzerien, Bars oder in den gemütlichsten Pub der Stadt, die nur ein paar Straßenbahnstationen von hier entfernt ist. Erfahrungsgemäß kann sich die WG-Dynamik mit jedem*r neuen Mitbewohner*in ändern, also lasst uns sehen wie es läuft :)

Wir haben einen gut organisierten Putzplan, der sich eher auf bestimmte Aufgaben als auf Termine konzentriert. Wir verlassen uns darauf, dass sich jede*r um seine*ihre Sachen und die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung kümmert. Ansonsten erinnern wir uns bei Bedarf gegenseitig an Aufgaben, wenn mal jemand hinterher bleibt.

Du teilst Dir die WG mit...

... Eva (31) ist Apothekerin und arbeitet im Qualitätsmanagement. Sie ist sport-, kultur- und kunstbegeistert und geht an den Wochenenden gerne in Museen, Bars und Cafés. Außerdem liebt sie das Reisen, von Kurztrips an die Ostsee bis hin zu abenteuerlichen Trips in Indien und Jordanien. Wenn Du in der Stadt ein paar exquisite Sachen ausprobieren willst, ist Eva Deine perfekte Gesellschaft ;)

Ferdinand (37), der von „deinem“ Zimmer in das größere am Ende des Flurs zieht. Er arbeitet in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für ein Stadtteilzentrums und hat mehr Hobbys als er bewältigen kann, z.B. Brett- und Rollenspiele, Fotografie, Sport, Foodsharing und so weiter. Er ist auch derjenige, der am ehesten kocht (vegetarisch) und kümmert sich als Hauptmieter um den Verwaltungskram und die WG-Organisation. Momentan beschäftigt er sich viel mit Inneneinrichtung und Möbeln für das neue Zimmer.Also sind Flohmärkte, Möbelgeschäfte etc. eine neue Betätigung on top ;)

🏳️‍🌈 Altough we aren't queer ourselves, we are welcoming and supporting LGBTIQ issues as well as refugees, POCs and others who are affected by racism and discrimination. We want to spend our allday life with people who share these ideas. Our remaining flatshare-duo of Eva and Ferdinand exists since around 6 years and altough we like each other, we're mostly a functional flatshare with two people living their own lives. From time to time we have movie-nights together or check out local pizza stores, bars or visit the coziest pub in town just a few tram stations from here. From experience flatshare-dynamics can change with every new flatmate and we will see how it goes :)

We have a slightly organised cleaning-plan that is rather focused on specifical tasks than on dates. We count on everyone caring for their stuff and the cleanliness in the flat, as well as on communication and reminding each other on ToDos.

You're gonna live with...

... Eva (31) is a pharmacist working in quality management. She's into sports, culture and arts and loves to explore museums, bars and cafés on the weekends. Also she loves travelling, from short trips to the Ostsee up to adventurous trips in India and Jordania. If you need some company for trying out some exquisit stuff in town, you will find company here ;)

Ferdinand (37), who moves from "your" room to the bigger one at the end of the hallway. He works in PR for a town / community center and has more hobbies than he can handle like board and role play games, photography, sports, foodsharing and so on. He's also the most likely one to cook (vegetarian) and cares as the main tenant mostly for the organisation and administration stuff. Atm he deals a lot with interior and furniture stuff because of the new room, so flewmarkets and other shops are a new thing as well ;)

We do have guests in the flat from time to time, which you are welcome to invite as well.
