We are looking for a person who is:-

- Quiet and works full time away from home. Home office here doesn't work.
- Single person only not for couples or friends staying over...the house gets crowded.
- No anmeldung.
- We are looking for someone who is quiet and calm.
- No parties or loud music....lets keep the neighbours happy.
- 2 - 3 month short term rental. Extension may be possible if everyone is comfortable.
- its a beautiful area and a nice home.

* one of berlins prettiest and safe neighbourhoods
* Some nice local restaurants and besrby pubs. Döner and kebab shops, spatis, cafes, supermarkets etc close.
* Public transport, trams underground is close.

Two people live here . We both work from home:

* We are looking for a friendly person with a regular Monday to Friday job away from the home.
* No anmeldung
* We keep the house neat and tidy.
* Piles of dirty dishes in the kitchen isn't acceptable.
* There is a kitch3n with pots and pans, knives and forks etc

Its a VERY BIG room with high ceilings, big wooden floor boards, traditional older windows. Beautiful large trees grow directly outside the window which is lovely in summer. Plenty of furniture in the room to use. With some TLC and imagination the room could be very lovely. Good amount of cupboard space for hanging clothes.

* There is no elevator which keeps the legs well exercised. If you prefer remodeled fancy housing the room probably won't appeal as it's a typical Berlin altbau apartment - its got character and history.
