Situated on the 4th floor with an elevator, this space is perfect for someone who wants to make it a true home and enjoys shared living.
The flat is fully furnished and includes all the essentials—washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchenware. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.

Nayab is a 27-year-old woman originally from Pakistan. She recently graduated with a Master’s in Health Science from TUM and is in Berlin for a job with a tech company in HR. She describes herself as an outdoorsy, clean, and organized person who enjoys hiking, swimming, and photography. Though she’s not into partying, she loves spending time outdoors or having coffee and is especially excited about our new addition to the flat!
Gaia is a 21-year-old Italian Erasmus student at Freie Universität, where she is completing two semesters. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym twice a week, reading books, and visiting the cinema—often with her flatmates on Sundays. Gaia also loves having dinner and socializing with friends.
Olga is a 23-year-old student who recently moved to Berlin from Poland to pursue her master’s in cinematography. She loves to travel and enjoys spending her free time with friends, reading books, painting, and engaging in various arts and crafts. Olga describes herself as a neat and tidy person, especially when it comes to shared spaces. As an introvert, she enjoys spending time alone but is open to occasional socializing with roommates, such as cooking together or watching a movie.
Marsden is a 21-year-old originally from Canada, who recently moved to Berlin after three years in Dresden studying dance. She works as a studio assistant at a spin studio and enjoys morning dance sessions. Friendly and laid-back, Marsden loves exploring new coffee spots, flea markets, and social outings with friends. She also values cleanliness and takes care to maintain shared spaces.
We’re looking for someone fun, inspiring, and respectful—ideally someone working to maintain a similar daily rhythm. We want to create a vibrant home, so long-term residents (over six months, ideally a year) are preferred. We cherish the idea of a lively, loving WG atmosphere!
