I exchange a room for one woman (ideal if her mother tongue is english but it is also ok if you just speak it well) from the middle of October 2022. Moving out date is flexible and open, should be at least 6 months.
You will have your own ready-furnished room, with very nice green surroundings, as Grünewald is just there and in a well connected with public transport area in Berlin, very near to the FU too. Internet flatrate. Base costs of 80 €/month are desired.
How can you help? Taking a girl each morning to school (less than 10 minutes by bus from home), picking her up as much as posible and with the laundry. Once cooking for the whole day will be agreed.
It has worked perfectly and might be a great opportunity for language students, part time workers, students or people related to the FU, job seekers, people doing an internship or in a new life phase.
