Hello everyone! 🐣
We are Marjane (FR), Johann (DE) and Timon (DE), and are looking for a sublet because Anouk is going to travel during the winter. We are an international WG and speak English at home. You would be in a 16 square meter furnished room with some plants as roommates (it would be great if you can take care of them 🌱🪴) on the Rote Insel neighborhood :) We are a new WG constellation, with different schedules and personalities, and we are looking for a fitting piece of our WG puzzle 🧩 Usually during the week we are quite chill and combine our work and activities with some WG kitchen talk about our singing or swimming sessions, the last book we read, our party or chill plans for the next weekend and we chill together/drink coffee and laugh quite a lot. Sometimes we do more together and sometimes less but it is important for us to have someone who wants to share more than the rent in the flat. 🙂
The rent costs 470€ warm. We ask for a deposit of one month and we cannot offer Anmeldung (sorry!). We have a flat with a big kitchen, balcony, small chilling corridor area, one bathroom and one toilet. We work with Putzplan and keeping the flat clean is important for us. :) We don't really share our groceries but rather collaborate spontaneously on a WG dinner or cook our things at the same time. There is no desk in the room and you will have some space for your things but please note that the room won't be completely empty, as Anouk is only gone for 2,5 months.🌻We would do a sublet contract.
The moving in/out dates are flexible, ideally we would sublet the room at least 2 months!

We live in a nice quiet street with a Späti at the end of it. U7 Kleistpark is about 10 minutes walking, S1 Julius Leber Brücke 6 Min walking, and Südkreuz Station about 15 Minutes walking.
We have a Lidl and a Rewe closeby, and the mainstreet (Hauptstraße) is 10 min away with all needed shops. Nice cafés, restaurants and bars are all around. :)
