Hi! my name is Hein, a 25 years old student from South Korea.
I'll be away from Berlin for around a month to visit my family, so I'm looking for someone who will enjoy my cute room and, if possible, water my plants once in a week! (Just four small plants🌿🍃)
🏡 About my precious room..
🚊 2-3mins from S-bahn, 30sec to Bus
🛌 spacious 32qm room, with big bed, sofa bed, dining table, working table, monitor, closet, drawls, shoe closet, etc.
I'm sure it's one of the largest and well equipped room!
👩💻Cozy space to rest and working space is well seperated
🧑🍳 Our kitchen is well equipped, spacious bathroom
📆 +- 7days possible, from 27th Feb to 9th April (totally negotiable but I'll prefer someone who will stay at least 4 weeks.)
🏡 Atpmosphere in WG: we're in harmonious living style. We're very friendly to each other and focus on our own lives.
For us, someone who will respect simple rules including cleaning the common area (kitchen and bathroom) once in 3 weeks (so only once for 30mins during your stay) is preferred. Also we notify each other 2 hours before when we invite a friend.
