Bed will be gone so you have to bring your own one ( Ebay kleinenzagen is pretty good for bed which my bed is also from there - free ) but you have a big wardrobe that everything can fits in.
The flat just front of the school so there is child noise in weekdays while they are in break. My personal view is they brings joy to day so far :)

I recently moved this flat and in addition sharing costs, I thought would be nice to have a flatmate since my room is quite enough for all of my needs. For the first period I want to put a trial period for both of us. At the first month we see how we match and see according to that so for the first month will be the period that we see and then if we are okey we can do a official contract but if no I can give another month to look for another possibilities. Because the idea of signing a long-term contract about living together with someone that you talked about 10 minutes doesn't seems quite logic.
Honeslty, I don't expect much from a flatmate but I think that would make everything way more relax for anyone.
We can talk on this more. Kein stress.

I live in Berlin for more than two years and thinking to continue my life in this beatiful city. I like and do art in many way, briefly, I like reflections. This can be with music, drawing or with contemplating. I often go out to walk, read, explore new places in the city. Sure we can also sail together ;)

I don’t have any specific requests other than cleanliness, quietness during nighttime hours, and no smoking. Above all, the first rule is respect.

The flat is very clean, bright and fresh - located at 4th floor.
