We are subletting a 15 m2 room in Tempelhof.
Available from 15 Feb - 30 April.
The room is fully furnished, incl. bed + sheets/blanket, closed, shelf, desk,. It faces the courtyard of our building. That means it’s quiet and it gets a lot of sun during the day.
Shared bathroom and kitchen with two other lovely house mates.
Easy access to U6 and ring bahn at Tempelhof.

The entire flat consists of 3 rooms, 1 open kitchen/dining area/TV space and 1 bathroom.
The flat is located in Tempelhof, 3 min walking distance from U-Bahn station Kaiserin-Augusta Straße and two stops to S-Bahn Tempelhof.
One side of the apartment faces Tempelhofer Damm, the other side the building's quiet backyard. All amenties like grocery stores and Späties are within a 2-3 min walking distance.
You will be sharing the flat with Jan and Nandini. Jan has been living in the flat for 6 years. Nandini moved in 1.5 years ago. Also, we are a couple and we hope that’s fine for you.
We are staying in two of the three bedrooms. The kitchen/living space is a shared space of course!
Jan is 34 years old, German, and loves sports and outdoor activities. He came to Berlin in 2015 to study political sciences and never left :p He works full-time for the City of Berlin and is working from the office 3-4 days a week. He enjoys an occasional beer at home or in a pub. And he recently started playing guitar again - but don't worry, he tries to practice mostly when noone else is at home :P
Nandini is 30 years old. She moved to Berlin from India 1.5 years ago - though she has been coming here regularly for 5+ years. She is an acitive person who enjoys sports (especially pilates, yoga and dance). Her professional background is in sustainable agriculture and she really loves food(!). Nandini is currently pursuing an independent research project and works from home (one of the rooms is an office space) most of the week.
Both of us have been living in flatshares for a long time. We enjoy cooking and are happy to share meals/have dinner together if you are at home too. We are happy to chat and hang out, but also respect other’s need for quality time alone.
The house is equipped with all amenities: wifi, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, TV, even a robo cleaner etc.
We also have a weekly cleaning schedule to keep the house tidy.
We are looking for a temporary house mate from beginning of Feb - End of March. There is a possibility of extension up to end of April. The house mate should be easy-going, social and ideally have a somewhat structured lifestyle. It is important to us to keep the house clean. So we'd appreciate if you also have an eye for cleanliness.
