The room is roughly 12m2 and is much bigger than the picture appears. The room is unfurnished so maybe I'll provide a little plant to keep you company.

The flat is located in the cozy Alt-Treptow. While train connections aren’t the most convenient, there's a nearby bus stop that provides access to both the U7 and the Ring Bahn. Just a short walk across the canal brings you to an area with plenty of bars and restaurants, where I love to spend time.

The flat does have a balcony located in the other room overlooking a park so it's nice and quiet in the evenings.

I work full time and love spending my free time being creative and recharging.
The kitchen is one of my happy places— I enjoy cooking, fermenting, and experimenting with new recipes. It is a vegetarian/vegan kitchen.

I’m quite social, but when my door is closed, I’m probably in my room painting, sewing, reading or enjoying some peaceful alone time.

I know how annoying this can be, but write me a short description and I would love to find someone to share this wonderful space with. Short term contract for now, but possibility of long-term!
