A cosy sunny 9m2 room facing south, fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, lamp and a big wardrobe :) Anmeldung possible!

The apartment is completely renovated and consists of 4 rooms, fully equipped, 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, 1 completely equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, pans, pots, plates...).

High ceilings, beautiful wooden floors and a lot of sunlight.

The apartment is located central in Wedding. Some great bars, cafès and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nice spots to have a beer by the canal. Virchow Hospital and Beutsh Unviversity for applied science are also in the neighbourhood.

From the subway station "Amrumer Strasse" you can easily reach most destinations in the city.

We are: Silva (24) Russian/Armenian, works at an NGO, Rafa (28), Spanish, and Weronika (28) Polish, Architect.

Some of our hobbies include: music, movies, travelling, cooking, photography, camping, dinners with friends, occasional club nights, painting and a glass of wine in the evening after work.

We are looking for someone who can match our sense of humor, open in communication, honest and just has a chill vibe!

As it's a 4 people WG, it's important that we are respectful of each other working and resting times.
Cleaning schedule is followed every week, as we want to make sure there is no friction due to cleanliness amongst us all and we live in harmony.
