Looking for a few months stay in a big, bright and beautiful room, in a quiet area that's connected to everywhere? well, you've come to the right ad!
I am going on a my Erasmus and offering my lovely home to subletting. As you can see, it's a place to chill, while enjoying the life outside the flat. In this cosy palace you'll surely feel like home. The flat is on the 7th floor, but there's an elevator. Being on the highest floor gives an amazing view on the city and beautiful sunrises.
The apartment is located on the border between Pankow and Wedding, literally best of both worlds. You have Sbahn and Ubahn stations 10 minutes away, and a bus station right beneath the building. Within a 15 minutes bike ride you're in Prenzlauer Berg, and in less in the upcoming area of Wedding, full of bars and cafes. there's a Penny right around the corner and a Lidl and Rewe a few minutes walk away.
You will share the flat with Basti and the lovely dog Zora, the coziest duo you'll meet. The environment is rather chill and inviting- we host dinner sometime, sit together to eat and still have our private space. The chats are always lovely and caring.
A few important things to keep in mind:
- a deposit will be made because all of the furniture in the room are mine. in case everything goes well (and my plants don't die) you'll get the deposit fully back
- Anmeldung is not possible simply because this is a short sublet. I hope you understand!
