Hello,
I‘m offering my room in a shared flat from 5.October.2024 - 31.January.2025, date could be flexibel up to 2 - 3 weeks.
The flat is located in Wedding 13347, 10 Minutes walk to S+U Wedding and U9 Leopoldplatz, and 6 minutes walk to U9 Nauener platz. Lidl, penny right down the street, Edeka & Netto close to Wedding Station. The neighborhood are mostly families, so it’s quite quiet during the night.
The flate is spacious with tall ceiling. 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, bathroom and a Storage. The room itself if about 27 sqm big, with a balcony ( about 2 x 0.6 m) room is fully furnished.
We have cabinets for each person in the kitchen for personal items, the rest of the space are mostly shared. We have cleaning schedule, each week 1 persom is responsible for the overall cleaning. And ofc, we clean up our own shit after using the common area, and stay tidy so the next person using wouldn’t have to struggle.
We are sharing the cost of some house stuff, i.e. Toilett papper, cleaning supplies, dish washer taps …
There‘re 2 flatmates in the house currently, 1 is from columbina, working in the University; another from Serbia, is still study and doing part time job.
We are looking for someone who‘s respectful and clean.
