Two rooms with basic furnishing (bedroom + livingroom) offered to one renter for their private use.
Kitchen and bathroom shared with owner of the apartment, a 40 year old woman. Possibility to rent a parking spot in the courtyard (not included in rental price).

Anmeldung/Registration is possible. Rental period start on 1st of November (possibly earlier as well, if desired). The rental period is 3, with possibility of extension. Rental price of e750 total includes internet, radio fee, energy costs.

The livingroom contains a sofa, table & chairs, a lamp, and some closet space. The bedroom contains a bed with mattress and bedding, a bedside table, lamp, and a clothes rail. Both rooms have an open view with trees.

The kitchen includes a big fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Basic cooking and eating utensils are provided in shared storage. In addition each person can use their own things, and use individual cupboards.

The building has an elevator, but note that there are some steps up to it downstairs, as well as up to the front door afterwards.

The area is calm and green, with some nice pearls if you know them. Wedding gives proper neighborhood atmosphere, and is a great place to take it easy. One is quickly in the middle of the action, by taking the U8 or the U9, or cycling (10-15 minutes ride to Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg, 30 minutes to Kreuzberg and Neukölln).

Consideration and maintenance of a living space are emphasized. Suitable for someone who has a calm lifestyle at home, professional.

As a housemate I'm relatively private, but like casual chatting with my housemate. I work from home, and often go outdoors in my free time. I value peaceful surroundings, reliability, and respectful communication. I speak English, Dutch, Norwegian, German, broken French and poor Arabic.

A cat might join us, so persons who are not allergic, and in particular those who love cats and would like to open their rooms to the creature as well, will have an advantage :-)
