I don't know the exact measurements of the room, but it's not too big. It has everything one might need. Wardrobe, shelf storage, place to hang clothes, desk, bed, chairs, tv. The window is facing the inner courtyard, but since the flat is higher up there is still a lot of light coming in :).

The flat is directly next to Leopoldplatz station, very easy to connect to where, especially Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Moabit, Charlottenburg. The area around the flat is also super nice with parks, Plötzensee, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It's barely gentrified so you won't meet any tourists.

Your roommate is an artist in his 40s. He is very chill and friendly. For the beginning of the stay you won't find him in the flat, since he has business elsewhere in Germany. But he's very easy to get along to, is knowledgeable about various topics.

For December I'd expect you to cover the rest of the rent, except for the week I'll still stay here.
There's no wi-fi in the flat so you have to figure out your own solution for that unfortunately.
