The apartment has 4 rooms, is 120 m² big and has a big bathroom with a tub/shower and a window. We have a dishwasher, washing mashine and a new fridge (2023). The room itself is around 20 m². It's located towards the south with two big windows, so you get lots of daylight during the day an sun starting at noon. The apartment is fully furnished, but your room would be empty except for some built-in shelves (the furniture and stuff in the room is honna come out).

It's located between U Pankstraße (U8) and U Osloer Straße (U8, U9) and close to Gesundbrunnen with the S-Bahn and Ringbahn.
There are many stores in walking distance to meet your needs: Lidl, REWE, Kaufland, dm
And the big shopping center Gesundbrunnencenter.

The WG life tends to be more of a shared flat rather than tight friends living together. But we all get along and the conversations are also friendly. We all cherish the privacy of our rooms and not hang out every night in the kitchen, although we always try to make it comfortable with candles and flowers.
Utilities and cleaning duties are shared.

About the living situation: we're usually 3 people and use the fourth (small) room for hanging up laundry and, if having a quest over once a while, for them and for storage.
But there's currently a friend living in it who desperately needed a room. She could move out anytime tho (she's constantly looking for places). That lowers the rent, so that the current amount is only 455,00 €. As soon as she moves out again, it will be up to the 655,00 €.
