Hello Everyone :-)
We are looking for a woman willing to take a room in our 4 people WG.
The room is very spacious and bright, with two windows, and cozy, with high white walls and wooden floor.
The Penny supermarket is literally in front of our door, whereas other shopping opportunities like Lidl and Rewe are just 5 minutes away by walk. When it comes to public transport: Ubahn (U8) and Sbahn are 10 minutes away by walk and TRAM (M50, M13) 5mins, there is also a Bus stop (127, 255) besides us. Summarizing, the WG is in the ring area and well located. Another big advantage is that multiple parks, the Panke, and lakes (for instance, Plötzensee) are just around the corner, so going jogging or for a walk is easily possible. Pretty often we like to have those walks together since we like discovering new places in the area.
We love spending time together. Concretely the kitchen is the common room where we often share good conversations, food, and wine. We also take care of respecting each other's privacy so if you need time for yourself you are not going to be bothered. It is extremely important for us to build a space where everyone feels home and safe, which is why communication is key. Further, we have a cleaning-schedule to ensure that every member of the WG contributes in maintaining a clean apartment.
Also we like to keep our kitchen vegetarian :D
The three of us have special interests in art and feminism; therefore we surely appreciate people who understand and share those.
WICHTIG ZU BEACHTEN: The room is initially available for two months with the possibility of extension. For reasons that we would explain further, we look ideally for someone who is willing and eligible to take over the main contract / *Hauptmieterin* (have a job contract, and a financial backup in Germany).
P.S: interviewing people by video call is possible.
