Hello everyone:)
my name is Justus. I am renting out my room in Weißensee for one month. I know it`s a very short period of time, but I hope to find somebody:)
The Room is super beautiful and has a size of 25 qm2. It is fully furnished - you would have a bed, a table, two big cupboards and one smaller shelf, three carpets, a bunch of lamps and a balcony.
Special features of the apartment: there is a very large floor with a very large mirror! And one can find a garden in the backyard for the house community which I can totally recommend for sunny days!
The flat is located in Weißensee and in my opinion at the most beautiful street of this city district:) It's a very calm area and there are a bunch of supermarkets nearby, for example Lidl, Netto and Edeka (one Tram station away at Antonplatz) and a nice bakery. The lake Weißer See is also very close! It`s a beautiful spot and perfect for jogging or just a little walking tour.
Weißensee is not very central, but the public transport is well connected. From our flat it only takes 5 min to reach the next Tramstation "Weißer See". From there it is easy to reach the center of Berlin. It takes for example only 15 min to enter the Ringbahn Station Greifswalder Straße or 24 min to drive to the Alexanderplatz:)
I myself only lived here as a subtenant for 6 months. My contract actually runs until the end of march, but I've found an apartment and therefore need someone to sublet for March. The main tenant of the room is coming back first of April.
You would live together with two lovely and relaxed flatmates, Flora and Liming:)
Flora is 24 years old, grew up in Berlin and is currently studying Textile and surface design in her Bachelor at Kunsthochschule Berlin. Liming is 26 years old and comes from China. After her fine arts studies in London she moved to Berlin to study room strategies in her Master, also at Kunsthochschule Berlin.
I would describe the atmosphere as very respectful, open and pleasant. Most of the time everybody is doing their own stuff. But sometimes we cook together or have small parties. For both is important to live together with somebody they can get along with, even if it`s just for one month. But if you are respectful, open, and able to communicate, then I think it will work out:)
It´s not possible to have an official ANMELDUNG and it`s not possible to extend the sublet.
The caution is 400 Euro. It's the same amount I paid. I will give you the money back immediately after you have moved out.
