Welcome to your new home in the heart of Berlin! We offer you a lovingly furnished room with an area of 14,5 m² in a beautiful 61 m² apartment on the 4th floor of a listed ensemble of old buildings at the entrance to the Wilmersdorfer Volkspark. The highlight of this room is a sunny west-facing balcony that offers a beautiful view of the quiet and green, park-like courtyard. Perfect to chill and enjoy the sunset! The room is modernly furnished and has a 140x200 bed, a large wardrobe, shelves and a desk - ideal for studying or home office. The apartment has just been renovated and offers modern comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an induction hob and oven, dishes and cooking utensils - everything you need for your daily needs. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are also available. You can wash your laundry directly in the apartment and dry it on the drying floor. Your room is part of a 2-person shared apartment. You use the kitchen, bathroom and hallway together.
Right on your doorstep you have the popular Wilmersdorfer Volkspark for relaxed walks or sporting activities. At the same time, you can reach several bus lines via the Wilhelmsaue entrance, and S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains run nearby (5-7 minutes to U7 Blissestraße and U7/U9 Berliner Straße). Within walking distance you can reach bakeries, cafés and supermarkets, restaurants, fitness studios and many other shops for your daily needs.
There ist a second room available and the first person that signs a contract decides about the gender of the other person that will live there. You will find the second room here soon.
I'm looking for a respectful and quiet person. The house rules must be adhered to. You rent a room in a 2 people shared apartment, not your own apartment. The second room is also available since we recently finished the renovation.
