Hey you,
I got a long term unfurnished room in Wilmersdorf (right next to the highway - schön) for you!
The room is aprox. 24sqm, the flat is 93sqm, 3 rooms, 1 living room (aprox. 25sqm, without couch, cause my ex took it). Your room would be adjacent to the living room. The building was built in the 30s, so its not a classic altbau, but the ceilings are high.
The price situation is a bit tricky, cause my landlord will put a subletting fee on the subletting contract - we will have to figure this out, but I definitely plan not charging more than 750 bucks all inclusive - hopefully, if the fee is not too high, more like 700€.
Your flatmate would be a 30 year old civil servant (studied history, politics and public administration). Im a big cinephile, I love 60s-80s tunes, I go out on the weekends a lot - dancing to techno or chilling in bars. Im always open for a nice movie night or a beer at home.
But at this stage of my life I dont want to have big parties at home anymore - during the week I sadly have to get up quite early...
Most important to me is cleanliness. I can definitely deal with stuff laying around, I caaaannot deal with sticky floors and crumbs and mountains of dirty dishes.
We would probably have to get some furniture: couch, some storage for the hallway. (I also get that you wouldnt want to pay for this as subtenant, just gonna take some time then for me to buy all the stuff.) I would get a new coffee machine, maybe a new stove. Just bought a new washing machine.
We can also arrange a tour through the flat so you can have a look for yourself. First october weekend would be good for me.
All the cat stuff will be gone when you move in.
Looking forward to hearing from you
