We’re looking for a new long-term roommate to join our flat!
The apartment is 66m², located in a quiet area despite being in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. It’s a classic old building with high ceilings, plank floors, and large sunny windows throughout. The highlight is undoubtedly the spacious kitchen with a huge balcony—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The flat has been fully renovated, and all the furniture is brand new.
It’s located on the 4th floor, but no worries—there’s an elevator!
We’re looking for someone who wants to stay long-term, make this flat their home, and enjoys living in a shared space. The room and flat are fully furnished, and everything you need is here: a washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen essentials, and even a bathtub with a shower in the bathroom. The kitchen, with its sunny balcony, feels like a little holiday escape.
The rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities, heating, green electricity, internet, and service charges. Your room and the rest of the flat are ready to move in. Registration (Anmeldung) is also possible.
