Small bright private room in a 4 room apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen and washroom is shared with 2 flatmates.
The room has a single bed, 2 clothes rack and a 3 drawer chest for storage. Bedding and linens are provided.
I will be emptying out the racks and the drawers and other storage for you to be able to use it when I leave. i will be providing you with the clothes hangers as well.
I will be travelling from the 16th to 29th. You can move in on the 16th and will have to move out in the 29th before 18:00.
Price is negotiable.
A nice quiet first floor apartment in the heart of Charlottenburg.
The apartment is very well connected to the public transport.
Bus: 109 and 309 (2 mins walk)
U bahn: Bismarkstr. U7 & U2 (5 mins walk) , Richard Wagner Platz U7 (5 mins walk)
S bahn: Charlottenburg S bahn (2 bus stops by 109/309)
Shopping facilities like Rewe, Aldi, Penny, HIT and Asian stores are all located in Wilmersdofer Straße and are less then 10 minutes away by walk.
Schustehrus park is 5 minutes away by walk. Charlottenburg palace is 12 minutes away by walk as well.
A football field and a basketball court is 6 minutes away by walk.
You will be sharing this flat with Tushar and Aditya, Tushar works a full time job, while Aditya is a Master’s graduate.
During the week, they are usually at work or at the university.
When at home, they spend time doing their own thing, or end up watching movies or tv shows together.
They’re also both avid football fans who are often seen spending their time playing FIFA on the PS5 in the living room.
In addition to that, they’ve mastered the art of cooking the finest indian cuisine I have ever tasted in Berlin.
On the weekends, they go out to the parks for a drink with their friends or occasionally they end up clubbing haha
You’re definitely welcome to join them for both! :)
In terms of what we expect of you, there isn’t really too much. We usually like to have you involved in the things we do, but obviously understand and respect the fact that you will need your own space too. So feel free to hang and chill with us whenever you want to.
Open communication is a must so that we can sort out disagreements and differences while living together. We do expect you to be clean and mindful of the space you live in.
