Hello all
My flatmate is moving out and looking for a new flatmate for limited time. I will quit the contract end of October.
Partially renovated. The house was also built in around 2000.
There is floor heating everywhere(even in the bathroom). Each room has an AC
Your room is quiet, warm, and bright.
There is double size bed, small tabel with a relaxing gaming chair and a wardrobe.
(Once my roommate send me pictures, I will update too)
Kitchen is fully equiqqed too.
The kitchen and living room are approximately 40 qm
I put my desk in living room and working in there. You are welcome to put your desk here too.
Bathroom is not big but good enough size.
My bedroom is on one level above and totally isolated from this room.
- The period can be flexible. Prefer more than a month.
It is located in a really quiet residential area with a lot of green places.
There are big supermarkets and other stores within 600m
To Alex, Prenzlauer Berg, or Friedrichshain it takes around 25mins
The closed tram station is 6 minutes away. (Freienwalder Straße station)
Two lakes are 500m away and weßensee is also very closed.
If you want to have a quiet and focused flat but still wanna have access to nature and a good distance from the Center. This would be a good option
I am Dogyun (34, M), and software engineer/cofounder at a startup. I like travel, reading, and outdoor activities. I am pretty busy during weekdays.
I have been on the road for more than 4 years before Covid. I have lived in several different countries but mostly in Europe and Asia with my remote position. Still love to travel but want to have a home now too. Berlin will be my basement/home for exploring in Europe.
I am easygoing, open-minded, and calm. During weekdays, I focus on my career mostly and keep my routine.
Weekend, either going on trips, doing outdoor activities, or chilling at home.
I will make a living room as a co-working space and chilling space. Will put a standing desk and my machines for work.
And Couches with plants. So there could be some cozy space too.
(I really liked a coworking space in Bali in front of a rice field. something like that casual and chill concept would be nice. Have no idea yet how to achieve in this room)
I have had a few shared flat experiences. All of them were super nice. I met lots of good people from a shared flat.
Therefore, I decided to rent an entire flat and make a shared flat.
What I was missing in a shared flat was good heating and a quiet place.
For me, home is a relaxing and recharging place while I do a lot of home office.
Still would like to have some conversations in the kitchen and living room. at the same time respect each other's time when we are in our room.
