The room is furnished, big, bright and has balcony access.
It's available for 2 months
Close to S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee and M2 tram station.
Shops (REWE, Lidl, Penny, Netto, Rossmann), Doctors, Clinic, Spatï are just across the street.
We've been living together for 3-years, the flat is always clean, relatively quiet and respectful. Everyone has their privacy in their room, and we share 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, a laundry room and the balcony.
The balcony is accessible through 2 of the rooms (including yours).
We share all the equipment in the kitchen and everyo'e has their storage space and space in the fridge.
We're open to any culture, religion, etc...

More seriously, the flat is chill, common areas are always kept clean.
