We offer a ourosy bright room under the roof in a large flat in a quiet side street close to cafes, shops and public transportation. There is a large living room, open kitchen with terrace, all have wonderful view over the city roofs.

We can make an online visit or you can come to see the place by yourself.

There is a possibility to rent the whole place for 1200 Euros.

The flat is located in a quiet street near shops, cafés and public transportation.
The location is optimal and the house is very quiet. We are looking for a quiet person.
There are many good places in the streets of the neighbourhood and the connection to other parts of the city is very good.

We are offering the room with the common areas to a quiet, clean and responsible person.
There will be periods of times when you will be by yourself in the flat and other times it will be shared with one person.
We are very respectful of the privacy of other people and can share moments at small venue concerts or cafés.

The heating costs up to 60 euros are included in the price.
We also included costs for the usage of electricity and internet.
We do not host parties or loud activities in the house, it is very quiet.
