Hi there,
I'm subletting a room in my apartment. Dates are somewhat flexible, up to 3 months tops.
Room:
the bedroom has about 15sqm and comes with a sofa couch with a 140 x 200 mattress, a table and an office chair. This room has direct access to the balcony.
Apartment:
It has 85 sqm and is a part of a very peculiar complex of buildings with unique architecture. It's very quiet and chill, bright and the neighbors are nice. It's also has floor heating system.
Bathroom:
Comes with a bathtub separate from the shower and has a washing machine.
Kitchen:
fully equipped, with dishwasher, 2 fridges and brand new oven and stove. There's also a lot of kitchen utensils: electric pot, mixer, cake mixer, soda stream and much more
Balcony:
a nice quiet balcony to enjoy a coffee and read a book or enjoying with friends :)
No parties.
Pets negotiable, if your pet is well behaved.

The apartment is a part of a complex of buildings with a few leisure areas around to enjoy some good weather. There are several supermarkets in walking distance (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Denn's), a DM, as well as several shops (Tedi, Woolworth, KiK, OBI), cafes and restaurants. It's also very close to the Prenzlauer Berg, where you can find even more attractions.
The location some options of public transportation, specially trams. It takes about 7min to Prenzlauer Alle and 20min to Alexanderplatz.
I'm a quiet, easy-going, and organized person. I work at the office three times a week and enjoys early nights. In my downtime, I watch streaming shows, play video games, and sometimes pet sit dogs. I value mutual respect, a peaceful atmosphere, and maintain a clean home. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I give preference for roommates who share these values. Weekends are often spent with friends and my girlfriend, but I generally keep the apartment serene and free from frequent guests.
I expect you'll take of the apartment as if it was yours. I'll make sure to open space in the bathroom and coat rack for your things.
