Hello,
we are looking for a new roommate in our 130 qm flat in the middle of Berlin. :)
The room has 18 qm and is located on the top floor of a five story house. It has a big window from which you can look toward the Berlin TV tower. It is partly furnished with a bed and a IKEA Kallax shelf (approx. 1,5x1,5 m). The flat and room have high ceilings and a roof slope on the side of the window.
The flat has a huge living room (75 qm) with a big couch, a bar and an open kitchen with everything you need to cook. There are also two big bathrooms, so it's easy to coordinate with three people living there. The flat also has a nice balcony overlooking the backyard.

The location of the flat is in the middle of the city, just on the egde of the areas Berlin Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. You can see the Berlin TV tower from the window.
It's very well connected and close to ubahn Sehnenfelderplatz (only 2min walk) and Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (5 min walk). You can reach the Hbf by tram or ubahn in about 18 mins and get anywhere around Berlin easily due to the central location.
There is everything you need around:
- a REWE and a dm (drugstore) in walking distance (2 mins)
- organic shop and Indian grocery store in walking distance (1 mins)
- Ubahn (U2, U8) and Tram (M8)
- Lot's of restaurants (WenCheng, All In, BurgerVision, Shiso Burger, ...)
- Many bars in walking distance (8mm, Mein Haus am See, KINK Bar, ...)
With you we will be three flatmates in total. We are 32 (Stevan) and 40 years (Pascal) old and both work fulltime. We are very easygoing and friendly people. We both speak English and German.
We are looking for someone who is independant, but likes to share the occasional beer or chat in the living room. We'd like you to be tidy and like a clean flat, but just the normal standard. We also have a cleaner who comes once a month to make it even easier. :)
The room is already free and you can move in anytime from now on.
