ONE OF THESE ROOMS will be available from March 30th for a long term contract (minimum 1 year). We do not yet know which one will be available, so this ad is to show either possibilities.
The rents include all costs (electricity/heating, water, internet), and the deposit is 3 months of rent (that will be returned after your stay).
Room 1 is about 13sq meters, 615€ monthly rent. It has lots of lights and a full wall of windows opened up to the sky. It is furnished with desk, chair, closet, shelves and a bed.
Room 2 is about 10-11 sq meters, monthly rent of 550€. It also has good lighting and furniture (desk, chair, closet, chest of drawers, bed - you'd have to buy the mattress from the current person for 50 euros). It also includes a balcony shared with 1 other person.
You'll live with 8 lovely people and the WG is lively: we hang out, cook, have drinks and play games together. The flat is very cozy, especially as spring comes!
**You should have experience living in flatshares and a sense of living in a shared space** (have initiative of cleaning after yourself, communicate clearly and calmly if any issue arises, respect for other people's belongings, etc). We're a very international flat that feels like a little family. You can of course have some me time in your room as much as you want. :))
There is a common balcony + 3 bathrooms, you'll share a bathroom with 1-3 other people depending one which one.
