Hello dear apartment seekers!
Since I am not in Berlin for whole July, we are offering this cozy room for interim rent. The room is available from 1.7. to 31.7.
The room has 13 m². There is a 1.4m wide bed with mattress and drawers, a large desk with screen, a chest of drawers for your clothes, a comfortable armchair and a shelf.
The room faces the inner courtyard - so it is very quiet and you can easily sleep with the window open. I will of course make room for your things, just some things will maybe stay in the room.
The kitchen is equipped with our best roommate - the dishwasher we affectionately call Spü and almost all other necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is in great condition and was redone a few years ago. A balcony invites you to linger on sunny days.

Location
The apartment is located 6 minutes from Schöneberg S-Bahn station. Everything you need to live is within walking distance, e.g. supermarket, organic market, best bakery, unpackaged store, parks, gym, restaurants, cafes, cinemas ...
The Gasometer, Akazienkiez, Crellekiez and much more are also nearby.
The connection to TU, HU, FU are great.

Of course, you will change the way we live together. So far, life in the shared flat has been very active, we like to chat in the kitchen etc. but privacy is also very important and if you need some peace and quiet, you'll find it here too.
