Hi,
the room is in the center of a mid-sized appartment in Wedding directly @ Leopoldplatz. It's a lovely, very sunny apartment I live in since about a year. It's located directly at the Mullerstr. Pretty busy street, so you can hear the ambulances when they pass, but sleeping with no earplugs is possible.
The room is 11m^2, long-ish with a balcony and a door to the corridor. It's pretty well lit for it's size. I currently use it as a bedroom.
important! The room can be rented out unfurnished. I am setting the date for the start of the rental a bit in the future i ncase furniture (such as a bed) would have to be purchased. Worst case, I have a spare mattress.
It's Wedding Leopoldplatz. Directly at the Mullerstr. Pretty busy street, but for that you feel in the center of a diverse community of wedding. There are good and affordable places to eat, have a coffee or a beer around the appartment.
There's a growing community in Wedding that I am trying to be a part of.
If you're a climber, you'll be happy, as the DAV and MM gyms are just a few minute away with a bike.
Happy to answer other questions about it:)
It's just me. I'm a 27 yo maleI, student, worker and volunteer. My idea for co-living is to make this space affordable for anyone. Hence I am fairly sharing the rent which I am happy to share how I calculated based on the total rent. As the rent prices are skyrocketing, I want to do my part in countering it.
Ideally I would want to rent out the room to someone on a humanitarian mission in Berlin. Strassenkleber*innen are welcomed, but also anyone else who is struggling to find a place to stay.
I am spending a part of my week at my partner's place. (about 2 days a week)
