Beautiful big room with balcony in a 167 square meter Altbau. Some furniture is included.
The flat also has a big living room and an additional dining room. You'd have your own bathroom that is across from your room.
Close to Südstern on a very nice quiet street. Hasenheide and Admiralbrücke close by and also Bergmannkiez with cute Cafés and restaurants is around the corner.
I'm Mati, originally from Argentina, but I've moved around a lot throughout my life. I moved to Berlin last year and am still exploring the city. I work full time as a software engineer and do home office a couple of times per week.
I enjoy making music and photography, which usually keeps me quite busy. I'm always down for a beer out or a chill night in, cooking and hanging out.
At the moment, I'm living here with my roommate, who will leave Germany in September. So far, we've had a very relaxed life here together, and I'd love to find someone with whom it would be similar. We try to keep the communal areas clean but are relaxed if things aren't cleaned immediately.
