its a 2 room flat and the room is 27 sqm with high ceilings in a historical building. its quite spacey and gets direct sun light most of the daytime.
It is furnished with bed, sofa, desk, office chair(not in the picture), small table and hanger. there is also a huge furnished kitchen with all needed equipment to cook and eat (dishwasher, dinner table, fridge etc.) and a very big bathroom with washing machine in the flat.please read all

the flat is 2-3 min walk away from the popular admiral brücke and canal, 3min walk to bus, 6-7min walk away from U7/U8, also quite close to KottbusserTor and Hermannplatz. the street has many restaurants and bars too. its one of the most lively streets of kreuzberg. there are many markets and shops on the street as well.
Im a videographer living in Berlin for the last 4 years. I sometimes travel for work too.
I have two main expectations from the flatmate besides being polite: 1- The flat is definitely not a party place. I just have a super calm life so someone similar would perfectly fit in here. Someone noisy, or someone who has huge speakers and likes high volume music or who all the time have people around wouldnt work here. 2- I prefer to keep kitchen and bathroom always tidy and clean so someone who is similar would be the best.
Kitchen is quite big so i cook and spend little bit of time there too but im usually in my room.
I also travel for work from time to time, sometimes a few days, sometimes some weeks.
-please explain who you are and what you do in Berlin.
-unfortunately registration-anmeldung is not possible.
-we can do a video call too but it is always better if you come directly to meet and see the flat.
-room is furnished so someone with no furnitures would be perfect.
