Hi!
We are looking for a flatmate to join our beautiful large apartment near RAW Gelände. It's a very bright, top-floor bedroom that has a lot of privacy and is connected to the living room.
Things to know:
- Entire apartment is 5 min away from Warschauer Straße, 15 min away from Ostkreuz and close to RAW Gelände
- Area is filled with cafes, restaurants, bars and some shops
- Rewe and Aldi, East Side Gallery are within 10 min walking distance
- Aparmtment is on 4th floor letting in a lot of light daytime from the side of the living room and the room in question
The apartment comes with some furniture, a living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom to share.
You would be sharing the place with two more people who are working professionals. We are searching for someone who works full time ideally, and doesn't mind participating in the WG life. You can ofcourse get registered (Anmeldung).
The beautiful and lively Boxi can offer a great connection to other parts of the city, as well as lots of stores for clothes, home and entertainment such a bustling nightlife, cafes and restaurants. In close area to home you can find:
- Access to S-bahn, U-bahn, trams and busses, all within 5 minutes from home
- Rewe, Aldi, Denns Bio Markt and East Side Gallery all within 10 min by foot
- RAW Gelände with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars
- Boxhagener market with a food market and flea markets on Saturdays and Sundays
- Plenty of clubs within walking distance, Suicide Circus, Berghain, About blank, OXI
We are two ladies in our late 20s who like to spend time together, but also respect each other's privacy and space. We are looking for someone who has a daytime schedule, a working situation, and doesn't mind sharing the occasional glass of wine or dinner. If you're keen on music, art, and like exploring Berlin and what it has to offer, you'll be happy to live with us :)
