Hi there!
soon our flatmate will move-out and thus have to leave his lovely flat in the Wilmersdorf neighborhood. The room will be free from December 15th 2024 (initial period for 1 year and extension possible) at a monthly price of 800 EUR (expenses and Wifi included).
It is ca. 20m2 and is FULLY FURNISHED; it includes a double bed, a big wardrobe, a desk (desk will be exchanged with bigger one), a office chair... and most furniture you see on the pictures. On top of that, you will also have from your room access to your own BALCONY, which is especially cozy in the morning because of the early sun.
Furthermore the spacious apartment offers a bright equipped kitchen for get together including MIELE dishwasher and new fridge.
Small Bathroom with window, a new glass shower and washing machine.
One Hauswirtschaftsraum (additional room) for everyone e.g. drying clothes.

A quiet residential neighborhood. The flat is well-connected to public transportation (subway U3, circular railway S41/S42, buslines 101/186/248 are all just a few minutes away). You can easily reach Schlosstraße, Kudamm, and the universities FU, TU, HWR.
Your flatmates would be Sara (25, Masters Student in Engineering), Henry (26, PhD in Chemistry) and Dinu (27, Masters in Global History)
We are preferably looking for someone between the ages of 23 and 30 and who is a woman to maintain a balance in the composition. Either pursuing your end of bachelor or within Master / PhD or early career. Other types of candidates are obviously also welcome :)
Also someone who is clean and likes to help around the house is also welcome, we keep a weekly rotation of cleaning the common rooms we use.
Please keep in mind the following two pieces of information with regards to the flat:
- The contract would be done between you and the landlord directly. That is, it is NOT a sublease agreement (Untermietvertrag).
- The ANMELDUNG (Registration in the city) is POSSIBLE.
