Hey there :)
I‘m offering a room in a shared flat in Kreuzberg. You can have it either fully furnished (see picture 2) or empty (see picture 3).
We are going to share a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a washing machine and a beautiful spacious living room with a TV, dining table and a balcony!
The rent seems a bit high for a room only, but everything is included (furniture, electricity, wifi, kitchen stuff, washing machine, dish washer etc) and the flat has one additional room, the living room, which raises the costs too. Also you do not have to worry about anything, because everything is included. Also I usually travel a lot, so I won´t be home a lot, so the flat will be yours most of the time!
The room is available from 1st of December until either 30th of February or 31st of March. Maybe it will be possible to take over the flat and rent the whole place as I will be moving abroad in March and I will terminate my contract. But I will only know beginning of next year. Anmeldung is possible too.
The station hallesches Tor is a 5 min walk away (U1/U3 and U6). M41 is right in front of the door. U Prinzenstraße is 10 by walk.
You can go out for a drink or coffee at Bergmannstraße or Mehringdamm, which is 10 min away.
Or go for a run by the canal. It is right in front of the door!
The location is one of the best you can have in Berlin! It is in the heart of Kreuzberg, but it is very calm, because there are many trees around!
I‘m looking for a roommate, who is open for a chat in the kitchen, would like to cook together once in a while or watch a movie here and then. I don’t want to live with a person who feels like a stranger to me😅 I want the WG to be a calm place to relax after a long day, but also a place where people come together, eat together or have a drink once in a while. I am a person, who needs personal space (especially in the morning haha), but also loves to have people around.
About me:
My name is Laura, I am 23 years old and I study linguistics and literature. I am finishing soon, so
currently I am writing my bachelor thesis. Next year I will start designing a portfolio for my application for my Masters abroad. So sometimes I will be working from home, but usually I am at uni, in the gym or at work (I work 2-3x a week in the evenings in a restaurant. So sometimes I come home quite late.)
In the mornings I love to workout: Pilates, Running, HIIT or Strength training. I am really into exercising and love to try out new things!
In my free time I love reading about astrology, psychology and personal development, meeting friends, having a coffee, doing crafts at home, go for a walk, travel and occasionally go out for a drink. I love pets (especially cats 🥹) so in case you want to bring one I‘m (very) open to it.
