Hello Peeps :)
I am looking on a very short notice for someone to live in my room for the month of December - Had a last minute cancellation and now we have the salad ( → german expression for something that went wrong 😀).
I live in a big and bright (as bright as it gets in a Berlin winter) room, with a spacious couch and a beamer - perfect to spend rainy winter evenings/weekends indoors :). On top of that, there's a little sound system (as is in every other room), a double bed, lot's of books, big desk with comfy chair for the home-office fellows and so forth. I might say, all you need for the darkest month of the year ;)
You'll be situated in the heart of Neukölln, directly next to Hermannstr S/U - which allows you the be anywhere in Berlin in (almost) no time. There's plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and what not in a 5min radius. And the biggest plus (in my humble opinion) is the Tempelhofer Feld, which is only 10min by foot away!
There's not much to say other than I have the best roomie around, Murat! A legend by his own right, laid back, tidy but still an adventurous soul, always up for something!
We're both in our thirties and working full time - so the place is not really a wild party-flat anymore... That been said, you're always allowed to bring some friends over to cook something and enjoy the nice sides of life!
We have a really nice coffee-machine (my little red baby you've seen on the pictures) and a well equipped kitchen, big fridge, oven ect. → Basically all you need :)
As said before, there's a beamer, good internet - a place inviting you to lounge through those cold winter days!!
As to the cleaniness of our place - everyone keeps stuff tidy, cleans up after creating a mess, just like you would do at your place ;)
We're a 420 friendly place, so feel welcome to smoke as you place. Smoking ciggies please in the kitchen.

For the price - usually the room is 700€, however since it is such short notice, let's make it a round 500€ (but that'll be the final number, even if you would not be here for the whole 30 days... and the rent is to be paid in advance, cash or transfer, I don't mind). We can set up a contract if you want to.
