We got a huge shared Livingroom with lots of cozy couches. Big kitchen and a oversized bathroom. - For that we are paying the price of having small rooms.
You'll be living with a burner (burning man community), Sven, who has lots of projects going on, is a developer and fun type with lots of humor and warmth.
Öystein (they/them), will be gone over the winter and will return on the 15th of march. untill the 15th of march you will be living with Stefano & Sven
The room is Available for 2 months,
Registration is possible, and we are also happy assisting you with that
the idea for our WG is having a strong social aspect, sharing food, in the evening after work watching a movie together and socialize, or playing a board game, if your interest is striclty with a room and you prefer to have the non social wg, or zweck-wg, this wg is not for you
Our house is equipped with everything you need,
Sleeping:
bed, linnen matrass, etc
kitchen:
pans pots knifes, diswasher, oven,microwave ,huge freezer and fridge, bean coffee machine, tons of kitchen equipment blenders, toaster rice cooker, soda stream, water cooker, basically everything to make your favorite dishes

Washer/dryer, manual vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum + robot mop, towels, etc
entertainment:
3m beamer screen, Dolby Atmos sound system, sports equipment, running band, plenty of games (see picture),
Hobby:
Many many tools in our Hobby corner, Embroidery sewing machine, drill, soldering stuff, to much to name, all free to use

Stable 250Mbit wireless and wired internet, Printer, scanner, multifuncitonal hobby and work corner
Jasmine (dog), is our princess, she is white and fluffy and loves to be pettet (but not cuddled) as well as food. Ow, and food, she loves food. and petting. and sleeping. She does not like jogging.
4 minutes walking from Ringbahn S41-S42 and U6 Ubahn and 14 minutes with bus to mainstation (hauptbahnhof)
which is a great location near everything.
You also have Kaisers, Netto, Edeka and some really good food places a few steps away. also we have a cinema just in front of our house
