The Room has a great shape, big windows and its own balcony. Since the building is old it comes with high ceilings and a heater oven (not in use anymore).

You will find the appartement in the connection between Boxhagener Platz and Simon-Dach-Straße. There are many Restaurants and interesting little shops in this area. The highlights are the food market every saturday and the vintage/second hand market every sunday.

S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram and Bus are easily accessable.

You will be living with Thomas (34) and Matthias (23). Thomas is working for a tech-startup, enjoys cooking italian dishes and loves craft beer. Matthias studies International Business at HWR university, he is obviously interested in every socio-economic topic u can imagine and therefore always up for a chat about it.

Since we have different occupations our schedules were difficult to align for common activities, but there is definetly an interest to socialize more in the flat. It would be great if you'd be up for that.

The life is other than that pretty chill, we coordinate our chores and the common tasks like cleaning according to the demand. Being a bit pro-active would help a lot, your input will be seen and valued!

We will speak to the landlord as soon as we found a matching flatmate, so you can get a contract and register in this place.

Important: The contract usually contains a minimal rent time of one year. I am quite sure that if you look for a new person to follow you this can be overseen by the landlord.
