- This apartment is about 60sqm, one living room (where I am currently staying and will be yours), one sleeping room (your flatmate Hermia), one modern kitchen, one bathroom, one balcony, one basement.
- Located on the second floor.
- Fully furnished kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine, dishes.
- Bathroom with bathing tub and shower, heater, toilet.
- Spacious and bright about 30 sqm together with a balcony to the inner yard (very quiet).
- A single bed, TV, cupboard, sofa, shelf.

- Very central in Berlin Mitte, where you can walk 15min to Berlin Central Station or take tram M10 with only 2stations. Tram M10,bus 245,147 station Alt moabit/Ratnowerstr. is directly out of this building. These linies make it very easy to travel to anywhere in and outside Berlin.
- Penny is only 1min across the street, Aldi 5min by walk, Kaufland 2 stations away. Everything else you need can be reached within 5min.

-Living in a shared flat here offers you a totally comfortable atmosphere, you would live with Hermia (24, a master student from Hong Kong) who loves ballet and reading.
-To make sure everyone feels comfortable, it is important for us that the cleaning schedule is adhered to, but none of us are particularly fussy :)
- Smoking, partying and pet in this WG is not allowed.
-Gender preference is female but not strict.

- Move in at the earliest 23.12.2024.
- Registration for the first 6 months (01.01.30.06.2025) is not possible, however, it might be possible if I move out and you still want to stay in this apartment. Then an official contract with the landlord is possible with registration.
