We’re renting out a cozy and unique room in our modern rooftop apartment near S-Bahn/U-Bahn Bundesplatz in Friedenau/Steglitz. The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the U9 and Ringbahn, making it easy to get around the city.

Move-in date: February 10th, 2025 (open end)

The Room:
A bright and airy space with two windows and a cool loft area accessible by ladder. You can use the loft as your sleeping area or flip it, sleep downstairs and turn the loft into a chill zone, workspace, or storage.

The flat is also just a 3-minute walk from U9 and the Ringbahn at Bundesplatz, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. And if you're in the mood for a livelier vibe, Schöneberg is only 30 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by car.

You'll be living with a 33-year-old roommate from New Zealand and two Croatians, aged 33 and 35. We're all easygoing, full-time employed, and very chilled, giving everyone their own space while still enjoying a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home.
