The room is in an apartment on the first floor of a building located opposite of Treptower riverside. It’s composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one big living room/kitchen and an amazing balcony from which you have a view on the Spree. It’s quite bright during the day and when the weather allows it, the room is perfectly located to enjoy a nice sunset from the window.
The room contains a wardrobe and a shelf but remain to be furnished.
The flat behind newly built, it contains several nice features. Such as floor heating which allows to go through the Berlin winter like it's nothing!
The two bathrooms offer a classic shower and a bathtub to leave you the choice after a long day.
The kitchen being open on the living room, the apartment feels even bigger than it already is!
The apartment is ideally located 5min walking to the S-Bahn station Treptower and 10min walking from Ostkreuz station which offers a lot of options.
Groceries can be made in Edeka at the end of the street, 50m away.
The area is really calm and offer a direct view toward the Spree but being at the beginning of Alt-Stralau, we are also very close to Club OST, Renate, Else or ://about blank that are all in a less than 10min walking radius. Special mention for Sisyphos, 30min walking distance, perfect when the sun is out!
We are Isac (PT) and Baptiste (FR) two good friends that work hard during the week and love to party from time to time to balance it out with a bit of sport here and there to live the perfect city life :)
This flat have been picked for the common spaces that allows to occasionally host friends and family for different kind of night without troubles. Ranging from dinners/Raclette season (there’s a French living here obviously), Game nights or small parties from time to time. We like to have friends around on the weekend and you would be welcome to do so. We love meeting new people and wish you do too.
On a daily basis, as week days are usually quite packed, we go with the flow. Sometimes we share meals or have our own.
It's not uncommon to share groceries or buy stuff for one another when going to the shop.
Regarding the cleaning side, we are not super picky but still keep the apartment as tidy as possible. It can happens that during the week laziness takes the best of us due to the more or less intensive days we have but it's fixed on the weekend. So unless you don't mind passing after people, you should not be a cleaning freak but at the same time we expect a minimum as it's a collective effort and if everyone does a bit on a regular basis, it feels like nothing.
In order to fit in the WG we are then looking for someone easy to live with, not afraid to meet new people and that likes to go out from time to time.
It's worth noting that the target audience is for working people in a search of a long term contract.
Unlimited Contract with anmeldung possible (please note the rent price and your salary when applying, this is a criteria for the landlord to accept you).
