The room is very special because it has its own small hallway. It's almost like a little apartment within the apartment. Additionally, the room faces south, so it's very bright throughout the day. I lived in the room for eight years and loved it very much.
The location is an absolute dream. You probably wouldn't have to leave Karl-Marx-Str. at all because you can find everything here: shops, bars, restaurants, and the S+U-Bahn station Neukölln are right at your doorstep. Additionally, the beautiful Körnerpark is only a five-minute walk away – just like Rixdorf, a super charming neighborhood with very beautiful old houses.

We’re all on different schedules, so it’s not too often that we’re all here together, but when we are we like to have a chat in the kitchen, and cook together, and have an overall calm, cozy vibe. We’re not going clubbing every evening, but love to dance and have gone to KitKat a few times together 💞
We are looking for an open and kind person who wants to share and take care of our space, and who is looking for a welcoming home! Ideally you will be 25+ and with stable income to make sure our landlord is happy. It would definitely be great if you can speak English quite well, as Steph and Alberto are still learning German and English the language most spoken. :)

Steph is a freelance industrial designer! She loves pink, sewing her ownclothes, books and producing and listening to sparkly, upbeat music.
Alberto (29 from Spain)
Alberto is currently working hard to learn German, and is interested in many languages as he studied East Asian Studies and lived in China. He spends his spare time sewing his own outfits for KitKat, going to dance classes, and practicing Shibari.

I’m moving out on February 1st, so the room could possibly be available a little earlier. It depends a bit on whether you like the furniture and would want to buy it from me for a small amount. But no problem if not – everything will definitely be gone by the 15th. :)
